2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; slight variations may occur.
  • Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers (dropshipping) and may arrive separately.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at sb9apexshop@gmail.com
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Art kits and craft supplies must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

5. SHIPPING

  • Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery times and shipping rates.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes unless collected at checkout.
